I believe the library is the heart of a school—a place where students discover, explore, create, and develop a lifelong love of learning. My vision is to provide an engaging, inclusive, and innovative learning environment that integrates 21st-century technology with the timeless value of traditional print resources.

After five years serving as a librarian and media specialist, I am proud to have achieved my goal of helping transform the library at Frank Macias Elementary into a vibrant center for learning, creativity, and discovery. I believe every student deserves access to books, technology, and meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and support academic success.

As a retired educator, I look forward to bringing my experience, passion for literacy, technology integration, and student-centered learning to future opportunities in librarianship and education.
