For the 2020-2021 school year, I proudly accepted the position of Library Media Specialist at Frank Macias Elementary.
Previously, I served as the campus technology coach for five years. Coordinate technology resources for teachers and staff and provide technology professional development for the campus and district. Serve as the robotics coordinator for the campus. I created our campus news broadcasting program. Eagles Nest News and continue to provide live and pre-recorded programs for our community. Manage the campus website and social media platforms. In my role as tech coach, I led our Eagle Techies student technology club and coordinated the student presentations for Clint ISD 2019 Convocation and 2020 Clint ISD Teacher of the Year Gala.

Served as a 5th Grade Bilingual Teacher. Assisted as a student council sponsor as well as a member of the campus LPAC. Served as the chairman of the Campus Concerns Committee for three years.

Served as an instructional specialist for seven middle schools. Provided instructional support for the Bilingual/ESL teachers in grades 6-8. As District LPAC Coordinator, I provided professional development training, guidance, and support to all Socorro ISD campus LPAC Coordinators and administrators.

Served as one of the original four Tech Pilots for Socorro ISD. Implemented a project-based technology curriculum for the campus. Served as the lab instructor and campus technologist. Gained experience with technology hardware, software programs, video equipment, and Internet applications.
